Acceptance of Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, form the entire understanding between you and FnB Tech regarding your use of our platforms. We may amend these Terms periodically; the latest version will always be available on this page.

Your continued use of any FnB Tech platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services Offered

FnB Tech operates a portfolio of platforms supporting the food and agriculture industry, including but not limited to:

• farm.fnb.tech — farm management & traceability tools
• fishery.fnb.tech — fishery and aquaculture solutions
• agritech.fnb.tech — agritech publications and case studies
• supply-chain.fnb.tech — supply chain visibility tools
• Consultancy, integration, and managed services upon request

Features available to you depend on the subscription tier or engagement agreement applicable to your account.

Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our platforms. If you are using FnB Tech on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and access credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the platform

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FnB Tech platforms only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the platforms in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without written consent
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our permission

Data & Submissions

When you submit data, content, or files to FnB Tech platforms (including farm records, supply chain data, photographs, or any business information), you retain ownership of that content. You grant FnB Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use such content strictly to provide and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the data you submit. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled.

Fees & Subscriptions

Certain features of FnB Tech may require payment of fees or a subscription. All fees are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD) where applicable, exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice for existing subscribers
• Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of service

Intellectual Property

All software, source code, design, branding, and content provided by FnB Tech (excluding user-submitted data) are the exclusive property of FnB Tech or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platforms strictly for their intended purpose.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any non-public information shared during the course of using FnB Tech (including business plans, supplier data, proprietary techniques) as confidential, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

FnB Tech platforms may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, mapping services, or industry databases). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

Disclaimer & Warranty

FnB Tech platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platforms will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet all your business requirements. Any reliance on the information provided is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FnB Tech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platforms.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to FnB Tech in the 12 months preceding the claim, or IDR 5,000,000, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FnB Tech, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platforms, your submitted content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any FnB Tech platform at our discretion if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that may harm other users or the integrity of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platforms ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as IP, liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
