This document outlines FnB Tech's standard shipping, logistics, and payment terms for B2B customers purchasing through fnb.tech. By placing a confirmed purchase order, you accept these terms together with the FnB Tech Terms & Conditions.
FnB Tech is an integrated agritech & specialty coffee business covering coffee (green bean & roasted), professional coffee machines, agritech, fishery, and farm equipment. Each product line has tailored logistics and documentation requirements outlined below.
Scope & Coverage
FnB Tech ships across Indonesia and internationally to hospitality groups, distributors, processors, cooperatives, and agribusiness operators.
- Coffee MOQ: 50 kg for roasted bulk, 1 metric ton for green bean export
- Coffee machines: from single units (commercial) to project bulk fit-out
- Agritech / fishery / farm equipment: project-based, quote per BoQ
- Spare parts & consumables: same-day pick-up & courier where stocked
Product Categories & Shipping Profile
Green Bean & Roasted Coffee
Bali, Gayo, Sumatra Mandheling, Kopi Luwak, Robusta, Abyssinian. Shipped in 60kg jute bags (export) or 1kg/5kg/25kg vacuum (retail / cafe).
Coffee Machines
Professional espresso machines, grinders, roasters (Venusta & partner brands). Crated shipping with foam protection, fragile-handling SOP.
Agritech Equipment
Greenhouse fittings, irrigation systems, sensors, smart-farm controllers. Multi-package shipments with installation manuals included.
Fishery Equipment
Aerators, pond liners, monitoring kits, harvesting tools. Bulk freight via cargo or container; partial LCL available.
Farm Equipment & Inputs
Hand tools, post-harvest machines, processing equipment. Door-to-door for project sites or hub-to-hub for distributors.
Spare Parts & Consumables
Filters, group head gaskets, valves, sensors, blades. Air freight for urgent service tickets, ground courier for routine restock.

Incoterms 2020
FnB Tech trades under Incoterms® 2020. The PFI & Sales Contract specify the named Incoterm and place / port. Cost, risk, and obligation responsibilities follow the official ICC rules.
Ex Works (Origin Warehouse)
Buyer collects goods at our Jakarta hub or origin warehouse. All export, freight, insurance, and import duties are buyer's responsibility.
Free Carrier (Named Place)
FnB Tech delivers goods, cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer. Risk transfers at handover.
Free On Board (Loading Port)
FnB Tech delivers goods on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the agreed loading port. Buyer arranges ocean freight & insurance. Common for coffee green bean export.
Cost & Freight / Cost, Insurance & Freight
FnB Tech arranges and pays ocean freight (CFR) or freight + minimum insurance (CIF) to the named destination port. Standard for first-time export partnerships.
Carriage & Insurance Paid To
FnB Tech arranges multimodal carriage and insurance (110% CIP value) to the named place. Used for machines & agritech equipment requiring door delivery.
Delivered At Place
FnB Tech delivers goods ready for unloading at the named place. Buyer handles import duties and clearance.
Delivered Duty Paid
Full-service door delivery. FnB Tech bears all costs including freight, insurance, import duties, and destination clearance. Available for selected countries.
Payment Terms
Invoices are denominated in USD for export customers and IDR for domestic customers (inclusive of PPN 11% where applicable). Bank charges outside Indonesia are borne by the buyer.

Banking details & fraud notice
Beneficiary banking details, SWIFT code, and intermediary bank info are provided on each Pro-Forma Invoice. FnB Tech will never request payment to a personal account or alternate beneficiary. Verify any change in writing on FnB Tech letterhead.

Additional sustainability / compliance certificates (Rainforest Alliance, Organic, Fair Trade, EU-DR due-diligence statement) are issued upon request and may carry certification fees.
Insurance, Warranty & Risk of Loss
Marine cargo insurance follows the Institute Cargo Clauses (ICC) A / B / C of the Lloyd's Market Association.
- CIF / CIP shipments: FnB Tech arranges ICC (A) "all risks" at minimum 110% of invoice value (machines) or ICC (C) for green bean
- FOB / FCA / EXW: insurance is buyer's responsibility from risk transfer point
- Coffee machines & agritech equipment carry a manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months) covered by FnB Tech's local service network
- Risk of loss transfers per the agreed Incoterm in the Sales Contract
Claims, Damage & Disputes
Any claim regarding quality, quantity, condition, or function must be notified in writing within 14 days of arrival, with supporting evidence:
- Survey report from independent surveyor (SGS / Cotecna / Intertek) for cargo claims
- Photographic evidence of cargo, container seal, and packaging
- Container / seal / B/L reference
- Retained sealed sample (coffee) or fault video (machines / equipment)
- For machines: service log, error codes, and on-site technician report
Coffee quality disputes are referred to an SCA-certified Q-Grader. Insurance-covered events follow the insurer's claim procedure. Unresolved disputes are settled by arbitration under BANI (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia) rules in Jakarta, in English, under Indonesian law.
