Crafted from the finest Arabica beans, our Toraja Luwak Coffee is sourced from wild Asian Palm Civets roaming the mountainous region of Toraja, Sulawesi. Each bean undergoes a unique natural fermentation process inside the civet before being collected, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully roasted to perfection. Though the method is rare and unconventional, every step of production is carried out under the highest hygiene and safety standards.

We oversee the entire process in-house—our team of 18 professionals collects the beans directly from our own land, ensuring that only the ripest cherries are selected. From harvesting to roasting, every stage is strictly monitored, giving us full control over quality. Typically, only about 50% of the beans gathered meet our stringent standards.

Each batch is rigorously evaluated for aroma, flavor, acidity, body, aftertaste, and overall balance. To ensure premium quality, our Q-Grader, Herry Setiawan, certifies that every lot achieves a cupping score of 80+, with many scoring above 85.

The result is a smooth and well-balanced coffee, offering a rich nutty fragrance, layered notes of chocolate and roasted almonds, and a clean, lingering finish—an exquisite experience exclusive to Toraja Luwak.

💰 Price is listed per kilogram (available in roasted whole beans or ground coffee).
