Crafted from the finest Arabica beans, our Java Luwak Coffee is sourced from wild Asian Palm Civets roaming the highlands of Java, Indonesia. Each bean undergoes a unique natural fermentation process inside the civet before being collected, meticulously cleaned, and roasted to perfection. While the method is rare and unconventional, every step of production follows the highest hygiene and safety standards.
We manage the entire process in-house—our team of 18 professionals collects the beans directly from our land, ensuring only the ripest cherries are chosen. From harvesting to roasting, every stage is carefully supervised, allowing us to maintain complete quality control. Approximately 50% of all collected beans meet our strict selection criteria.
Every batch is thoroughly tested for aroma, flavor, acidity, body, aftertaste, and overall balance. To guarantee premium quality, our Q-Grader, Herry Setiawan, ensures each lot achieves a cupping score of 80+, with many scoring above 85.
The result is a smooth, well-balanced coffee with a rich nutty aroma, layered notes of chocolate and roasted almonds, and a clean, lingering finish.
